My Grandmother
By Victoria L. Payne (with a couple tweeks)

In my Rose Garden of memories I see you standing there
An angel in disguise who taught me how to care.
I am missing you so much how empty my world seems
People say time heals all wounds that someday the pain will cease.
But Grandma I can tell you, I think they must have lied
The emptiness I am feeling now is strong but I am weak inside.
These days go by without you so dreary and so bleak
But in my Rose Garden of memories I know you’ll always be.
I love you and will miss you dearly.

If love alone could have made you stay you would have never gone away. I'm grateful for every single thing you ever taught me, and every single memory we built.. Nothing can take that away from me. I will love you and miss you and remember for you! See you again one day Grandma💜💜💜
