Vincent Michael DeMaio, 50, of East Hartford, CT passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in his sleep at home Saturday, December 28, 2019. Vincent was born in Hartford, CT and was the son of late James Vincent DeMaio and Leilani Pope-Dinse and grew up in Rockville, CT. He was the beloved husband of Pamela Pascal-DeMaio, also of East Hartford, CT. Vincent attended Rockville public schools, then went on to start his own house painting business, Vinnie D's Painting Plus, which had many loyal, returning clients throughout CT. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his closest friends.
Besides his beloved wife Pamela, Vincent leaves behind his two children, Sonya Demaio of Vernon, CT and her two children and Troy Michael Fox of ME, his stepdaughter, Amber Sasiela of Denton, TX, his two sisters Candice Abair of Daytona, FL and Jacqueline Ross of Andover, CT, his two brothers, Scott DeMaio of Wethersfield, CT, Mark DeMaio of Hartford, CT and the late James DeMaio of Manchester, CT. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews and his closest friend, who was considered a brother, John Atwater of Glastonbury, CT. Vincent was predeceased by his brother James DeMaio. Vincent had many friends that meant a lot to him whom he will miss. His wife, Pamela, would love for anyone who knows Vincent to please come and join us in saying our final goodbyes to her loving husband.
