Bernice J. Pikul, 83, of Southington, CT died Friday, March 13, 2020 at The Hospital of Central CT @ Bradley Memorial. Bernice was born in New Britain, CT and was the daughter of the late Stanley and Helen (Kupiec) Kaczynski. She worked as a factory worker at Lake Eyelet for several years. Bernice was a hard worker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and best friend. She was a woman of great faith and loved going to church and spending time with her family.

Bernice is survived by her beloved husband Adam Pikul, her daughter Donna Martin, her step-daughters Paula Gray and her husband Kevin, and Christina Pikul, her six grandsons Scott Brennan, Sean Brennan, Christopher Martin, Ronnie Savage, Jason Savage and Jeremy Savage, her four granddaughters Sara Lanza and her husband Nick, Chrissy Savage, Magan Gray and Morgan Gray, her thirteen great grandchildren Anthony, Dominic, Ava, Kelsey, Callie, Chloe, Austin, Kaylee, Damien, Jeffery, Jacob, Jessa and Jordyn. Bernice was predeceased by her daughter Deborah Savage, her son-in-law Ronald Savage and several aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Bernice’s life will be held Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 12 p.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A.
