Louvenia Green, 78, of New Haven, CT transitioned into eternal rest after a long period of illness Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Louvenia was born in Pickins, S.C. and was the daughter of the late Feaster and Alberta (Gibson) Little. She worked for many years in accounts receivable at Grove Hill Medical Center. Louvenia enjoyed family dinners, holiday events, scenic route drives. Sitting by the water, taking walks along the beach, sewing, reading and word search puzzles. She was very faithful in various auxiliaries at Church, which included singing in the church choir, assisting in the Missionary department, church secretary, and Sunday School Teacher. Louvenia was also the First Lady of the late Suffragan Bishop George Green.

Louvenia leaves to cherish her memories to her sons: Elder Gregory C. (Eugena) Green, Kevin N. (Frances) Green and daughter: Lynette Green-Boozer (Duke), her brother Joseph Little and sister Ruth Smith her four grandchildren: André, Breana, Brandon, and Zharia. Louvenia was predeceased by her three brothers, Robert Little, Steven Little and Roosevelt Little.
Homegoing Celebration for Louvenia will be held Friday, September 11, 2020 at 12 p.m. at Bethesda Apostolic Church, 249 Stanley St., New Britain, CT with the Rev. George Knight, Pastor, presiding. Committal service and final resting place will be in Fairview Cemetery, 120 Smalley St., New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at Bethesda Apostolic Church, Friday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Service of comfort and compassion provided by the Paul A.
