Miguel is survived by his loving companion Olga Correa of Tampa, FL, his two brothers Demetrio Nieves and Victor Nieves both of Hartford, CT and his three sisters Julie Nieves of Hartford, CT, Santin Nieves of Meriden, CT and Maria Martinez of Kissimmee, FL. Miguel was predeceased by his two sisters Gladys Nieves and Santa Nieves.
Funeral rites for Miguel will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 12 p.m. with the procession departing at 12:30 p.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT. Committal service and final resting place will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd., Bloomfield, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A.
