Dear Grandpa,

I feel blessed to have felt the love of such a warm, generous patriarch. I will always remember our annual family trips out East where we'd sit around the kitchen table playing cards and telling Dad (grandpa) jokes. When my siblings and I were younger, you used a bowl to draw geometric shapes for us to color in . When I was older, on my journey to architecture, you showed me your workspace in the basement where you kept the remnants of your days as a tool designer. All these neat instruments and drawings from days past, similar to architectural blueprints. It was so cool to have that connection. I keep these and many more memories in a treasure trove in my heart.

I Love you and I Miss you,
Your Granddaughter, Chelsea
